The corner casting project is set up in July 2017 and star ts to produce in December 2017 with full preparation and advanced equipment,includin g two 1-ton medium-frequency induction furnaces, two 3-ton medium-frequency induction furnaces, automatic precoated sand mould line,bottom-casting line,automatic shot blasting machine,combi ned double-sides milling machines,continuous furnace.The annual capacity is 150,000 sets of corner castings.
Our facility now covers an area of 30,000 square meters and a factory area of 18,000 square meters.
Currently, Yongxiang has more than 80 employees, including 10 senior managers and 1 casting engineer who has rich experience in the casting field.
