Jiangyin Rongda New Material Co., Ltd. Factory Tour

The project was established in July 2017 and began production in December 2017, with advanced equipment and full preparation, including two 1-ton medium frequency induction furnaces, two 3-ton medium frequency induction furnaces,  automatic pre-coated sand mold production lines, bottom casting production lines, automatic blasting machines, and a combined double-sided milling continuous furnace. The annual capacity is 150,000 sets of elbow castings 

The company has passed the ISO9001:2015 quality management system certification and has established quality inspection measures for all aspects, from the receipt of raw materials into the factory to the shipment of finished products. All production links of the company are produced in the order of the furnace number, leaving records for future reference. The company has successively passed the certification of the American ABS ship classification society and the French BV ship classification society, and the company has applied for certification from the China CCS ship classification society, is expected to obtain its certification in August. 

The company has a testing center with a full set of testing equipment for the quality of container corner products, such as a German SPEAK direct reading spectrometer, a screen display hydraulic universal testing machine, an impact testing machine, an ultrasonic detector, etc., which provides an effective guarantee for product quality. 

All the testing equipment of the company has been inspected by the national quality supervision organization, and all the operators have relevant testing qualifications. At present, the main of the company are: Xinhua Chang Group, Dongfang International Container Co., Ltd., Yangzhou Runyang Logistics Equipment Co., Ltd., Yang Tongli Refrigerated Container Co., Ltd., etc. The company's products have been used on boxes such as TEX, FLEXBOX, ROYALOLF, and the quality of the products has been well received by customers.
